NegahTeb’s preventive maintenance program for DORC products is aimed at achieving an effective lifecycle performance in terms of longevity, quality, reliability and cost of ownership. An after sale service contract is concluded with customers for devices that are out of warranty in order to ensure the performance of all parts of the device. The most important objectives for our customer service:
Application & User training of equipment and instruments
Ensures the correct maintenance for the equipment and its application
Identification and provision of the correct consumables and part replacements
Certified engineers to help maintain the validity and compliance of instrument functions
